Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Pertamina has laid out a comprehensive plan to ensure that energy needs are adequately met, guaranteeing the safety and security of its customers during the annual Eid Al-Fitr travel rush.
“Pertamina’s Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr Task Force (RAFI) is ready to secure the supply and distribution of fuel and LPG during this year’s Eid travel period,” said Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, Area Manager of Communication, Relation & CSR of South Sumatera Regional Pertamina on Monday (3/4/23).
According to him, Pertamina Patra Niaga has reactivated the RAFI Task Force for 1444H from April 1 to May 2, 2023. During the RAFI period, gasoline consumption in Bengkulu is predicted to increase by 14 percent, while there will be no significant changes in gasoil consumption.
“In addition, an increase in LPG consumption of approximately 4 percent is also predicted, and Avtur is expected to remain stable. These projections are compared to the average normal consumption from January to February 2023,” he said.
Various preparations have been made, including the provision of essential facilities and equipment such as 10 BBM Terminals, 2 LPG Terminals, 675 fuel stations, 62 SPBE stations, 482 LPG agents, and 6 DPPU.
