The synergy of the National Police and volunteers is very much present at the evacuation site to search for the victims of natural disasters/landslides. This can be seen from their effort in searching the missing at Cariu, Mangunkerta Village, Cianjur on Thursday (12/1).
Until now the evacuation process is still being carried out knowing that there are still victims who have not been found.
Head of Public Relations of West Java Regional Police, Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo said that whenever, wherever and under any circumstances, the Police will always serve and be with the people.
"I will always be grateful to you people who keep working on day and night helping and searching the missing. Willing to leave your children and wife and risking your own live, daring to sacrifice yourself with the people," said Cecep, one of the victims who survived the Cianjur earthquake.
