Tribratanews.polri.go.id - As the Christmas and New Year Eve holiday is getting closer, Bogor Police held a rally to prepare their personnel for Operation Lilin 2022, at Bogor City town square, Wednesday (12/21).
The Head of Bogor City Police, Commissioner Susatyo Purnomo Condro, says that 1,000 joint personnel from police, Military, community organizations, Transportation Department, and Civil Service Police Unit. They are deployed to secure 80 churches and 10 tourist destinations in Bogor City.
"This joint forces will be deployed for the Operation Lilin 2022. Other than securing churches and tourist destinations, we also strengthen our anticipation towards gang bikes and brawlings," says Bogor City Police Chief after attending cross-sectoral coordination meeting at Bogor City Police HQ.
Commissioner Susatyo Purnomo Condro explained the format for this year's operation is different from last year, thus there are several posts that have been strengthened with the support from local communities.
"The rally was intended to build sense of harmony and safe to the community in celebrating Christmas and New Year Eve at Bogor City. I asked for your support to ensure that this holiday season would goes well," he says.
