In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of Bhayangkara and the Medical and Health Division of Indonesia National Police in 2021, the Bangka Belitung (Babel) Regional Police carried out series of health service activities centered at the Bhayangkara Hospital of the Babel (Bangka Belitung) Regional Police, in the Governor's office complex, Saturday (6/12).
The series of health service activities include cleft lip surgery, mass circumcision which will be held on June 14, 2021, cataract surgery on June 15, 2021, blood donation from June 15-16 2021, and mass vaccination with a vaccine target of 13,257 people.
The Chief of Babel Regionak Police, Inspector General Pol. Anang Syarif Hidayat said the purpose and objective of this health service was to show the Police's concern in giving attention to the community.
"This is the form of police’s concern. The health service is expected to be able to help and ease the burden of the community, especially the Babel people in need," he explained.
The two-star general also hopes the series of health service activities will give benefit to the community, particularly for the underprivileged.
"I hope the benefits of this health service will really be felt by the community, especially those who have limitations to access the surgery like this," the Chief of Bangka Belitung Regional Police hoped.
