Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Cianjur. The Head of National Police Public Relations, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo stated the joint rescue team found two victims after they dispatched K9 Bloodhounds to find the victims at Cijedil Village.
He revealed that the two victims are a mother and her child who are hugging each other before they got buried by a landslide.
“Two of the five victims are the mother and her child who are hugging each other when the team found them,” he said in his official statement at Cianjur, Friday (11/25). He continued that the evacuation process of the five is difficult due to the difficult terrains.
“The evacuation of the two used a bamboo stretcher, carried by six joint personnel,” he said.
He affirmed that joint rescue team will continue to search the missing persons and evacuate all the victims of the earthquake and landslide in Cianjur.
