Stop the spread of Covid-19, Water and Air Police Director of Banten Regional Police Distribute Masks to the Anyer Community

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Anyer. As a form of National Police commitment in breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19, the Water and Air Police Director of Banten Regional Police distributed hundreds of masks to the public.

The distribution of these masks is in the context of the Indonesian Police Academy's Peduli 94 Mass Vaccination and Social Service Program Activities. this time, the activity was held at Paku Harbor, Anyer, Serang Regency - Banten, (08/25).

In the Mass Vaccination and Social Service Program Activities, Indonesian Police Academy Peduli 94 will carry out vaccinations and distribution of food packages by Alumni of the Police Academy 94 Panaluan Single Battalion.

When met, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga, said that distributing the masks was a form of the Banten Regional Police's commitment to preventing the spread of Covid-19 in the Banten Regional Police's jurisdiction.

"Let's always wear a mask, okay? By wearing a mask, you will be protected from the spread of Covid-19. Your mask protects me and my mask protects you," explained Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga.

Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga said that this mask distribution activity was a part of the Indonesian Police Academy Peduli 94 Mass Vaccination and Social Service Program Activities.

"So for people who will carry out vaccinations, at the time of registration they will be given masks by officers," added Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga.

The Head of Public Relation hopes that the distribution of masks will prevent the spread of Covid-19.

"I really hope that through this mask distribution activity we can contribute to preventing the spread of Covid-19 in the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction. And I also hope that the masks that have been distributed can be used by the community when they are doing activities indoors or outdoors," said the Head of Public Relations.

Lastly, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Siiltonga did not forget to invite the whole community to obey the health protocols together.

"In order to break the chain of spread of Covid-19, let's adhere to the 6 M's together, namely Wearing Masks, Washing Hands, Keeping Distance, Staying Away from Crowds, Limiting Mobility, and Avoiding Eating Together," said the Head of Public Relations.

"Hopefully, by implementing the health protocols, we all avoid the transmission of Covid-19," concluded Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga.
