Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police has pocketed the names of 21 companies found to have violated the implementation of the Emergency Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities which took effect on July 3, 2021, especially in Jakarta Metropolitan Regional.
Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Muhammad Fadil Imran, said that his party would conduct an investigation to find out whether there was a violation or not. Not only that, but this investigation is also carried out to find out who will be designated as a suspect if later, a violation of the rules is found.
"There are 21 companies that we have fingerprinted (under investigation), later we will find out who the suspects are among these skippers (company leaders)," said the Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police Chief, Thursday (07/08/2021).
The two-star general did not reveal in detail all the names of the companies currently undergoing the investigation.
The Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police Chief stated, based on his side's findings in the field when carrying out the Aman Nusa II contingency operation during this Emergency Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities, there were still many employees who wanted to go to work, even though their dominant companies did not operate in the exception category, namely the essential and critical.
"So the way these members work is that they will conduct isolation at train stations, conduct investigations at the blocking point, as soon as they find out that they have entered work even though they are not essential and critical sectors, so this team will immediately visit their office," explained the Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police Chief.
The Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police asked the public and workers to report if they found that there were still companies that did not fall into the exemption category, but still implemented WFO.
The Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police Chief provides two alternative telephone numbers or hotlines that can be contacted by the public to report. The first can be via a short WhatsApp message or the second, you can directly contact the police service hotline.
"If the public finds or sees an office or non-essential and critical business still doing work from an office (WFO) at the office or restaurant where dine-in is not a take-way, they can report it," explained the Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police Chief.
