Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Medan. Riau Islands Regional Police prepares self-isolation houses for the Police personnel who tested positive for Covid-19. The house was established on the newly-built official housing of Riau Islands Regional Police. The news was delivered by Chief of PR and Press Division of Riau Islands Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Harry Goldenhardt, on Thursday (15/7/2021).
"Today, Deputy Chief of Regional Police, accompanied by Primary Officials of Riau Islands Regional Police, visited the preparedness of the official housings that would be used as self-isolation house for the Police personnel tested positive for Covid-19. Out of ten houses prepared for the self-isolation, nine of them would be dedicated for the self-isolating Police personnel. One of them would be dedicated for the health workers to check and observe our personnel with Covid-19", Chief of PR and Press Division of Riau Islands Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Harry Goldenhardt, said.
Police personnel are the same as the general public since they are also not invulnerable to the virus. However, by continuing adherence to Health Protocols, it can minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
Besides self-discipline, each Police personnel would be directed to stay healthy by consuming vitamins and keep the diet.
"This measure is an innovation from the Riau Islands Regional Police, which utilising the new official housings for temporary self-isolation house. These houses are only reserved for Police personnel and have not been allocated for the general public yet", Chief of PR and Press Division of Riau Islands Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Harry Goldenhardt, concludes.
