Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A total of 347 Insulation Posts during Emergency PPKM (Community Activity Restriction) were added by Traffic Corps of Indonesia National Police along the islands of Java to Bali.
Head of Traffic Corps of Indonesia National Police, Police Inspector General Istiono, said total number of emergency PPKM insulation posts along the islands of Java and Bali currently are 998 insulation posts.
Previously, there were 651 emergency PPKM insulation posts on the islands of Java and Bali.
“Insulation post has started to be activated starting today, Wednesday, July 14, 2021,” Chief of Traffic Corps of Indonesia National Police explained, Wednesday (07/14/2021).
The two-star general explained the reason police added 347 Emergency PPKM insulation posts is because there are still many people who have not obeyed and often look for shortcuts to escape from officer’s insulation post.
Chief of Traffic Corps of Indonesia National Police said if community obey and contribute to help Central Government to reduce Covid-19 spread, Emergency PPKM insulation post would not be added.
“So community participation is the key rather to break the spread of Covid-19. So stay at home for those who have no any important affairs,” Chief of Traffic Corps of Indonesia National Police mentioned.
