National Police Committed to Maintain and Help Indonesia's Economic Growth

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. National Police are committed to maintaining Indonesian economic growth that has reached 7.07% in the second quarter of 2021.

Chief of Criminal Investigation Agency of National Police, Police General Commissioner Agus Andrianto, issued a telegram letter to maintain and help Indonesian economic growth during the third and fourth quarters of 2021.

The telegram letter directed to the Chief of Regional Police to instruct their General and Special Criminal Investigation Directors to enhance communication, collaboration, coordination with Provincial and National Financial Audit Board and Attorney of their own regions to conduct:

Monitoring and supervision of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgets (APBD) through coordination and communication with the Regional Government to enhance budget absorption
Monitoring, supervision, accompaniment, and assistance towards the national economic recovery programme, which in the programme's realisations and budget absorption of Health Protection, Social Protection, Priority Programmes, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise and Corporation Support, and Business Incentives
Supporting government's programmes, especially in the acceleration of business permit to maintain investment climate and provide a sense of security to the investors who would/have invested in their area
Avoiding law enforcement efforts that are counterproductive to the government's effort in enhancing national economic growth

Chief of Criminal Investigation Agency said that the Telegram letter was issued to maintain and accelerate Indonesian economic growth in the third and fourth quarter of 2021.

"National Police fully supports national economic growth", Chief of Criminal Investigation Agency affirmed on Saturday (7/8/2021).

The three-star general also explained that National Police must be part of problem-solving, not the source of problems that could hamper national economic growth.
