Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Denpasar.   The National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, inspects the command center of Bali Police regarding the security of the G20 Summit, Saturday (11/5). In his review, the National Police Chief explained that there would be 16 connected features from various Ministries to follow the developments of G20 in real time.

"Earlier we held a training using facilities at the command center to find out the performance of the security personnel at the command center along with its equipment and troops in the field. Through this command center we can monitor the security operations directly," said the National Police Chief, quoted from Antaranews.

In addition, the command center can monitor the traffic and routes that will be passed by state officials and VVIP guests starting from the airport to the accommodation or venue. If later there are obstacles on the way, an alternative route will be prepared.

“Everything can be seen and monitored through the command center,” said the Four-Star General of the Police.

General Listyo also reviewed the face recognition features that have been prepared to filter suspicious or people that are listed in the wanted list. From his inspection tour, he feels that everything is well prepared.

“This would help us in facing challanges and moved our troops and the equipment in the field accordingly,” continued the former Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police.

In the future, the National Police conveyed that there will be another inspection to see the preparation of the operation, such as rally, rehearsal, to joint training with the Indonesian Army.

Regarding disaster mitigation, the National Police Chief said that his party had prepared an evacuation plan together with other stakeholders.

Furthermore, the National Police Chief conveyed that coordination with the security team of the head of state had been carried out. It is scheduled that around 17 world heads of state will attend the G20 Summit on November 15 and 16.

"In principle, we had a coordination with the advanced team, the Army Commander and the Presidential Guard. Everything is going well, including the security preparation which is according to their standard. From ourself, we want our security standard to be the international standard security, because right now our pride is on the line. Apart from the G20 summit going well, the security must be adjusted," the National Police Chief concluded.
