Continuing to anticipate the surge in the increase in Covid-19 patients in Central Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Ida Oetari Poernamasasi, checked the facilities and infrastructure of the Safe Hotel which was planned to be rented to be used as a Covid-19 Emergency Hospital by the Hospital Bhayangkara Palangka Raya Central Kalimantan Police, Thursday (07/16/2021) at 09.35 AM.
Arriving at the location, Central Kalimantan Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Ida Oetari Poernamasasi and his entourage were greeted by Head Bhayangkara Hospital Palangka Raya Police Commissioner Anton Sudarto to see the place and room facilities in the Hotel which is located on Jalan Galaksi, Palangka Raya City.
The Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan conveyed the plan to rent a hotel to become a Covid-19 Emergency Hospital to anticipate a surge in Covid-19 patients at the Bhayangkara Palangka Raya Hospital of Central Kalimantan Police because the isolation room for treating Covid-19 patients was almost full.
"The hotel that is planned to be chosen to be used as a Covid-19 Emergency Hospital is the Hotel Aman located on Galaxy 2 Street, Palangka Raya City, where the layout of the hotel is far from the community and is suitable as a place for isolation treatment for Covid-19 patients until they recover," explained the Deputy Chief of Regional Police.
The Deputy Chief of Regional Police added that the officers at the Safe Hotel Covid-19 Emergency Hospital will later be handled by medical experts and Medical Doctors from the Bhayangkara Palangka Raya Rumkit who have been trained and have experience in handling the treatment of healing Covid-19 patients.
