Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Cianjur.   The earthquake that rocked Cianjur, East Java, Monday (11/22) afternoon left a lot of homework for the government and related parties. Moreover, there are a lot of affected areas in Cianjur that still hard to be accessed. Those are the information conveyed by the Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, after carrying out aerial monitoring via helicopter to saw the locations affected by the earthquake, Tuesday (11/22).

"From our observation, we flew through several areas in Nagrak District where the earthquake damage was somewhat more severe. Many houses were in bad conditions. In addition, access to the location was also very difficult. So it will took enough time to send aid to the Nagrak area," he explained.

He added, from the results of aerial monitoring it was also seen that other areas affected by the earthquake were far from the evacuation posts. So it is necessary to add emergency tents, field kitchens and toilets (MCK) immediately.

"The National Police Chief ordered the handling of the Cianjur earthquake on the second day to focus on the evacuation process, both victims who died and were injured who still need medical attention," concluded the former Central Kalimantan Police Chief.
