During the Implementation of Emergency Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities in Jakarta, A Total of 103 Companies Are Sealed

The Indonesian National Police, the National Armed Forces and the Regional Government have held the Yustisi Operation since the implementation of the Emergency PPKM in the Jakarta area and its surroundings. As a result, there were 103 companies that were prosecuted and sealed.

Grand Commissioner Yusri Yunus, explained that as a result of Operation Yustisi with the National Armed Forces and the local government, there were 103 non-essential and non-critical companies that were successfully prosecuted and temporarily sealed by the Regional Government.

Regional Police explained that the Yustisi Operation was led by the Regional Government, while the Police and National Armed Forces only provided assistance. For this reason, the way to act in the operation is also through written warnings, social sanctions, and fines because they basically use Governor's Regulation and Regional Regulation.

Even so, the police continue to coordinate further with the local government to investigate whether any criminal acts have been committed by the company. The police also asked the public, especially companies in the jurisdiction of Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police to close or employ their employees at home, aka WFH.
