Welcoming the 75th Bhayangkara Day, Head of Crimes Investigation Unit of Indonesia National Police, Police Commissioner General Agus Andrianto, said that 75th Bhayangkara Day should be a momentum for all Indonesia National Police members to keep improving in order to provide the best protection and service for the community.
"We have to succeed the Presisi Police Program initiated by Chief of Indonesia National Police, Listyo Sigit Prabowo," Head of Crimes Investigation Unit of Indonesia National Police said, Wednesday (06/30).
He mentioned the current Covid-19 pandemic is still haunting Indonesia, and the trend is also increasing. It is why the Government continues to prevent the spread [of Covid-19] and restore the economy which is affected by the pandemic.
"Besides maintaining public security and order, Indonesia National Police also provides fully supports for the Government in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus and restoring national economy," Head of Crimes Investigation Unit of Indonesia National Police said.
He also said that the responsibilities that President Joko Widodo as Head of State and Chief of Indonesia National Police have to bear, is not easy.
"We all share responsibility for the sake of the community, nation and state. The things that have caused the increasing of Covid-19 and the obstacles to national economic recovery must be resolved," Police Commissioner Agus said.
The former Head of Security Maintenance Agency of Indonesia National Police said public awareness is also very important.
"Whatever the government does will not achieve the expected results, if the people do not comply with health protocols," Head of Crimes Investigation Unit of Indonesia National Police said.
Make the momentum of the 75th Bhayangkara Day as a spirit to create a Presisi Indonesia National Police and be loved by the community. May every step of our service is worth worship.
