Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Commander of the Armed Forces, Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, and Chief of Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, visited two mass vaccination sites in Jakarta on Sunday (4/7/2021).
The first visit was held at JIEXPO (Jakarta International Expo), North Jakarta. The vaccination activity has been run from June 28 to July 4 as an initiation from the Ministry of Health, in cooperation with Armed Forces, Police, and Indonesian Buddhist Representatives (WALUBI).
One hundred fifty-nine vaccinators are on duty, consisted of 30 from Armed Forces, 20 from Police, and 109 from Walubi. The target set is 10,000 people per day.
"Until today, we have vaccinated 39,174 people. For today, the vaccine used in this event is 10,000 doses from Sinovac", Sigit said in his statement.
The second visit is at Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School, Cilangkap, East Jakarta. The vaccination programme initiated by Armed Forces-Police has been in place since June 5, 2021, targeting 15,000 people from people near Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School.
"Until today, we have vaccinated 7,963 people. Today we prepared 1,000 vaccine doses from Sinovac", Sigit said.
Vaccinators in charge on this site are 25 people, consist of 5 from the Police and 20 from the Armed Forces.
