Commander of Indonesia National Armed Forces Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto and Chief of Indonesia National Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo conducted direct inspection of mass vaccination at Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Senayan, Central Jakarta on Saturday (07/03/2021).
They both saw at firsthand the vaccination process which was attended by the community. Both of them also took the time to have direct dialogue with people who were injected with the vaccine.
"Vaccination activity at Bung Karno Main Stadium will be carried out from July 3 to 4, 2021. With vaccination target of 20,000 people," Sigit said in his review.
According to Sigit, the mass vaccination at SUGBK involved hundreds of vaccinators from the Indonesia National Armed Forces and Indonesia National Police.
"The vaccinators involved in this activity are 80 teams (320 people) consisting of 60 teams (240 people) of Indonesia National Armed Forces vaccinators and 20 teams (80 people) of Indonesia National Police vaccinators," Sigit mentioned.
Sigit expects by holding this mass vaccination, group immunity or Herd Immunity against Covid-19 can be soon achieved.
