Chief of South Sumatera Police, Police Inspector General Prof. Dr. Eko Indra Heri, MM, together with Chief of Palembang City Resort Police, Police Grand Commissioner Irvan Prawira Satyaputra visited Talang Bubuk Sub-District Office, Plaju District, Palembang, Monday (08/09/2021).
During the visit, they provided assistance of nine-basic needs to people living around Talang Bubuk Sub-district Office, Pendidikan Street, Talang Bubuk Sub-District, Plaju District, Palembang.
"This is form of motivation, appreciation and encouragement to community in Covid-19 condition, we are together hand in hand to provide assistance to community," Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police explained.
The two-star general said the handling of Covid-19 pandemic cannot be handled by one party or a group of people. Therefore, the Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police invites all levels of society to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus together.
"I thank to Head of Sub-district, the system that we have built according to the instructions of Minister of Home Affairs has been carried out really well. I entrust them to continue to be passionate about educating community to comply with 3M (wearing mask, washing hands, keeping the distance) and health protocols so Covid pandemic will soon pass, " Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police explained.
