Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police hopes vaccination activity can increase herd immunity, especially for athletes.
Police Inspector General Eko Indra Heri, also appreciated people who have high awareness in participating in Vaccination activity and continue to implement Covid 19 health protocol.
This makes 3 M (washing hands with soap, keeping a distance, and wearing masks) becomes new healthy lifestyle.
Meanwhile at the same place, Head of Public Affairs of South Sumatera Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Supriadi said vaccination activity held is manifestation of Police's concern for community.
The goal is to reduce Covid 19 Pandemic, especially in Palembang City Area. Police Grand Commissioner Supriadi said this vaccination activity targeted hundreds of athletes.
Therefore, public is asked for their awareness to take part in vaccinations and continue to apply Covid 19 health protocols.
"Another thing that needs to be considered is not crowding and reducing mobility to increase (herd immunity) immunity and keep praying to the Almighty Creator," Police Grand Commissioner Supriadi concluded.
