Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Palembang. Governor of South Sumatera, Herman Deru (HD) released 30 tons of Liquid Oxygen for South Sumatera Covid-19 Referral Hospitals, at Morning Parade Field of South Sumatra Regional Police Headquarter, Monday (07/12/2021).
This activity was initiated by Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police, Police Inspector General Eko Indra Heri, in collaboration with PT. OKI Pulp & Paper Mills through CSR program that aims to meet oxygen needs for referral hospitals to handle Covid-19.
Governor of South Sumatera said South Sumatera Provincial Government advises and invites capable corporations and individuals to care and help one another in dealing with Covid-19 pandemic situation.
"I am amazed at the initiation carried out by Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police. This oxygen assistance is something that not many people think about. Of course, with tthis assistance will be valuable for referral hospitals," Governor of South Sumatera explained.
Governor of South Sumatera also expressed his gratitude for support and concern of Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police and PT. OKI Pulp & Paper Mills, to support government suppressing number of positive Covid-19 in South Sumatera.
"Of course we appreciate the initiation that has been carried out. We hope this collaboration can continue and not stop here," Governor of South Sumatera explained.
