Chief of Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, together with Commander of the Armed Forces, Armed Forces Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, keep conducting visitations and observation during the Emergency PPKM (Public Activity Restriction Enforcement) in Java and Bali islands.
This time, the highest commander of the Armed Forces and Police are visiting Serbuan Vaksinasi (mass vaccination event) at Holy Stadium, Grand Marina Complex, Arteri Utara road, Tawangsari subdistrict, Semarang, on Friday (16/7/2021).
The Serbuan Vaksinasi is a cooperation result of several stakeholders such as the Local Health Agency, Armed Forces, Police, and volunteers from Holy Stadium and universities. The vaccination event targets 5,500 people of the general public between 18 - 49 years old.
During that occasion, the Chief of Police and Commander of the Armed Forces reminds the attendees to observe 3M (wearing a face mask, keeping distance, and washing hands) and get vaccinated. On the other side, 3T efforts (testing, tracing, treatment) are still ongoing to maximise efforts to mitigate the Covid-19 pandemic.
Besides that, Chief of Police, Commander of the Armed Forces, and Chief of BNPB (National Disaster Management Authority), accompanied by Central Java governor and Semarang mayor, are checking Micro-scaled PPKM command post in Tembalang. The Micro-scaled PPKM in that area is imposed to reduce public mobility and push back the Covid-19 transmission rate in Semarang.
Not only that, Chief of Police, Commander of the Armed Forces, and Chief of BNPB also distributed 6,000 basic necessities packages towards people affected by Covid-19 in Tembalang to help fulfil daily necessities in the middle of Emergency PPKM.
