Chief of Police, Police General Lisyto Sigit Prabowo, officially inaugurated several High-Ranking Officers of the National Police and officers promoted to higher-level (Korps Raport) as many as six Brigadier Generals promoted to Inspector Generals and 20 Grand Commissioners promoted to Brigadier Generals.
During the occasion, the Chief of Police instructed all newly-inaugurated High-Ranking Officers to support all government policies on Covid-19 pandemic handling. Chief of Police emphasised that all police personnel must innovate and prepare Covid-19 and National Economic Recovery handling and controlling measures.
"To the newly-inaugurated officers, we are now facing a tough situation. The government is working hard to tackle the Covid-19. I asked all of you to focus on measures and efforts to support the government to finish this problem. Therefore, conduct optimally and wholeheartedly the (Covid handling and the) National Economic Recovery. I believe you can do this. Give the best for this institution. For the newly-promoted colleagues, it is for sure that the workload would be much heavier", the Chief of Police said.
Chief of Police also hopes that all Police personnel do their best to serve the public, just like the Presisi spirit of National Police (Predictive, Responsible, Transparent, Just).
"Do your best to this beloved institution. Provide the best service to the public using the Presisi Polri spirit. So Police could be trusted by the public and convenient to the public's expectations, and the community become safer. Do your work well", he concluded.
