Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police Direct Monitored Call Center 110 Samarinda City Resort Police

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Samarinda. As an effort to provide faster services for the community, Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Herry Rudolf Nahak monitored Call Center 110 of Samarinda Resort Police, Tuesday (07/13) morning.

On that occasion, Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police was accompanied by Regional Superintendent of East Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Jefri Yanus Endolemba Torunde, Head of Public Affairs of East Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Ade Yaya Suryana, and Chief of Samarinda City Resort Police, Police Grand Commissioner Budiman, as well as High-Rank Officers of Samarinda City Resort Police, monitored several special tools including Call Center 110 device, CCTV camera, as well as communication tools such as telephone and Handy Talky (HT).

The checking is aimed to find out the condition of special tools to support tasks and the readiness of operators to receive public complaints.

Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police advised personnel who manage Call Center 110 service picket to serve public complaints that come in through the Call Center 110 well.

Call Center 110 of Indonesia National Police is expected to meet the needs of the community for the implementation of public security services.

In the implementation of call centre service, an application system that can allow recording of every Indonesia National Police interaction with the community has been prepared.

"For this reason, people of Samarinda, if there is a public disturbance, they can contact directly through Call Center 11. This is Indonesia National Police’s innovation in providing service for the community," Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police explained.

In addition, the Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police also advised the picket operators to maintain the health and cleanliness of the Call Center room.

"A clean room will provide comfort in working," Chief of East Kalimantan Regional Police concluded.
