Celebrating the 76th Independence Day of Republic of Indonesia in 2021 and In Implementing Operational Transformation Towards Presisi Indonesia National Police to Ensure Security of National Priority Programs and Strengthening the Support of Indonesia National Police in Handling Covid-19, Central Kalimantan Regional Police carried out mass vaccinations at Central Kalimantan Regional Police and its ranks. One of them was carried out by Barut Resort Police, Central Kalimantan Regional Police. The implementation of this mass vaccination was directly monitored by Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police and his entourage.
Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, accompanied by Regional Superintendent and Central Kalimantan Regional Leader Communication Forum carried out an independent monitoring of vaccination for the general public at Antang Hall Muara Teweh Building, North Barito Regency.
Present at the event were the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Central Kalimantan Regional Superintendent, Chief of North Barito Resort Police, Chairperson of Central Kalimantan Regional People's Representative Assembly, Commander of 102/Panju Panjung Military Resort Command, Head of IOF Central Kalimantan, North Barito Regent, Nadalsyah, Commander of 1013/MTW Military District Command, North Barito State Attorney General, Head of Barut Regency Health Agency, Head of BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) Barut, Assistant II and III of Barut Regency and Director of Muara Teweh Hospital.
Chief of North Barito Resort Police, Police Superintendent Dodo Hendro Kusuma, through the Head of Public Affairs Subdivision of North Barito Resort Police, Police First Lieutenant Sugiya said this mass vaccination activity was one of eries of focused activities of Central Kalimantan Regional Police in August, to celebrate the 76th Independence Day of Republic of Indonesia.
"On this occasion, vaccination team consists of various agencies of 20 personnels. 3 personnels from Indonesia National Police vaccinator, 2 vaccinators from Indonesia National Armed Forces and 15 personnels from health officers of North Barito Regency," Head of Public Affairs of North Barito Resort Police explained.
"Target for vaccination at Antang Muara Hall Teweh building is 270 (Two Hundred and Seventy) people with the availability of vaccines of 27 vials and maintaining strict health protocols," he added.
"With the implementation of this mass vaccination, it is hoped the national vaccination program will succeed, especially in the area around Muara Teweh City, Barut Regency, to create community herd immunity ," he hoped.
