Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, with Vice Governor and Commander of 102 Panju Panjung Military Resort, together with Central Kalimantan Regional Leaders Communication Forum, lead the simultaneous launch of Covid-19 Task Forces' Justice Operation on Covid-19 Health Protocol Enforcement across the Central Kalimantan at Bundaran Besar Post, Palangka Raya city, Central Kalimantan, on Wednesday night (07/7/21).
Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police said that this activity follows up Home Affair Minister's Instruction No. 17 of 2021 about Extension of Micro-scaled Public Activity Restriction Enforcement and Optimisation of Covid-19 Mitigation Command Post in Villages and Subdistricts to suppress Covid-19 transmission.
"We will do our best to mitigate Covid-19 in accordance with Home Affair Minister's Instruction, because Central Kalimantan province is included in priority regions to be included in Emergency PPKM by the government, by considering Level 4 zoning criteria", Chief of Regional Police concluded.
Furthermore, the Chief of Regional Police affirms that the joint force's patrol will enforce Health Protocols discipline and hope to give deterrent effect for people violating regulations of the Emergency PPKM.
