Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Semarang. The Central Java Police held a mass vaccination at the Central Java Police Headquarter. This mass vaccination activity is called the Precision Outlet, which is carried out by the Indonesian National Police and the Indonesian Armed Forces.
The innovation aims to speed up the vaccination process in a number of regions in Indonesia, through the National Police, Military District Commander, Miliraty Resort Command, and National Police. This is in accordance with the direction of the Indonesian President, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in establishing Herd Immunity or group immunity with a target of one million vaccines per day.
In Central Java, Presisi Outlets have been started since Monday 28 June 2021. Commander IV/Diponegoro Maj. Gen. Rudianto and Chief of Central Java Police, Pol. Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, reviewed the Precision Vaccination Outlet which was held at the Central Java Police Headquarters page.
The Regional Police Chief explained that the Central Java Police targeted 117,478 vaccinations per day. He said the public's interest in vaccinating against Covid-19 was very high.
"So, we coordinated with Pangdam IV/Diponegoro and then the ranks at lower levels," explained the Regional Police Chief.
"The number of vaccinations at the Central Java Regional Police this time was initially 750 doses. Because the public's interest was very high, another 150 doses were added. This activity (Precision Vaccination Outlet) was realised because of the synergy between the National Armed Forces, National Police, and the provincial government which was attended by the Regent or Mayor who supported by the Dandim and the Chief of National Police, as well as health workers from the National Armed Forces and National police," continued the Regional Police Chief
The Regional Police Chief said that his party and Central Java Regional Leadership Coordination Forum were still coordinating regarding the anticipation of handling Covid-19. The hope is that the number of Covid-19 can be suppressed.
"We hope that together with the acceleration of vaccination, the number of active Covid-19 numbers can be suppressed. Thus, Central Java's economic activity will rise again," he said.
