Bhayangkari North Sumatra Police Prepared Provisions to be Sent to Cianjur

The Bhayangkari of North Sumatra Police handed over humanitarian aid to help earthquake and landslide victims in Cianjur, West Java, Saturday (25/11/22).

The aid was handed over directly by the Head of the North Sumatra Regional Police's Finance Division, Commissioner Takwil Ichsan, along with the head of the Medan Bhayangkara Hospital, Mrs. Evi Nelson representing the Chief of Bhayangkari.

Representing the Cianjur Police, the Head of Cianjur Logistics Division, Commissioner Rusmadi, went directly received the provisions from North Sumatra Bhayangkari that will be distributed to the refugees in Cianjur.

Evi Nelson said that the assistance was jointly gathered with the North Sumatra Police.

"This is a part of our concern to the people affected by the earthquake and landslides in Cianjur," she explained.

The provisions include foods, medicines, tents, toiletries, and prayer equipment, as well as other daily necessities.

"In addition, there are also baby kits such as milk and baby clothes, medicines, and other needs such as blankets and mats," she added.

"We are saddened by this tragedy, we hope that the fallen would be granted peace and the families left behind will be given strength and patience," she concluded.
