Tribratanews.polri.go.id - In securing the Christmas and New Year holidays, Lampung Police Chief, Inspector General Akhmad Wiyagus has prepared 4,436 joint personnel. The thousand personnel are involved in the Lilin Krakatau Operation, Thursday (12/22).
"In Operation Lilin Krakatau, Lampung Police have prepared 4,436 joint personnel which consists of 172 personnel from Lampung Police, 2,340 personnel from the ranks of Resort Polices, and 1,924 joint personnel from the military and related stakeholders in Lampung," says Lampung Police Chief as quoted from jpnn.com, Thursday (12/22).
He explained that his party have mapped vital objects, which include 1,018 churches, 234, tourist destinations, 84 hotels, 61 malls, 14 bus terminals, 13 train stations, and an airport. The vital objects will be the focus of the police during the operation.
Not only that, Lampung Police have also prepared 55 security posts, 18 service posts, and an integrated post.
"These post will be placed in crowded places such as the church, tourist destination, economic centre, and places often used to celebrate New Year Eve," says Lampung Police Chief.
He says that all of transportation service will still have to comply with health restrictions and provide their services at terminals, train stations, Port, and Airport.
"To the people who are having vacation, if you are feeling tired, we have prepared a safe place for you to rest, and if you are having troubles, you could report it through Superr App, Call Center, or to the nearest police stations," says Lampung Police Chief.
