Bengkulu Regional Police and Bengkulu Province are Committed to Following Up on Government Instructions Regarding Handling the Spread of Covid-19

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Bengkulu. Bengkulu Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Guntur Setyanto, accompanied by the Head of Public Relations, Pol. Grand Commissioner Sudarno, held a meeting with the Deputy of Governor, Rosjonsyah in his office at the Bengkulu Provincial Government.

The Bengkulu Regional Police Chief explained that during the meeting the Bengkulu Regional Police Chief and the Deputy Governor agreed and were committed to following up on the central government's instructions in handling the spread of Covid-19. In addition, the Regional Police Chief also admitted that he would take concrete steps simultaneously directly to the lower levels of government starting from the Regency and City.

However, before meeting with the Deputy Governor of Bengkulu, the Chief of Regional Police and his staff had sprayed disinfectant at a number of points and even carried out mask raids on residents, fifty samples of residents who were not wearing masks and antigen tests were carried out.

"The result is that there are 5 people who are positive for Covid-19. This shows that Covid-19 is real and very dangerous," said the Bengkulu Regional Police Chief.
