Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Cianjur. The assessment of TNI-Polri plays an important role in the distribution of provisions. The National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS) plans to distribute the provisions to six isolated village in Cianjur in the fourth day after the earthquake.
The six villages are, Mangunkerta, Benjot, Barukaso, Nyalindung, Telaga, and Kedung Yang.
“We have prepared the provisions in the Cianjur Main Post. This provisions will continue to be distributed until Saturday noon,” said Deputy for Search and Rescue Operations, Rear Admiral TNI Ribut Eko Suyatno, Thursday (11/24).
He adds that the distribution will delivered evenly to several villages affected by the earthquake. This measures is also to prevent jealousy between villages.
“We have seen several villages have not received our aids due to their difficult terrain. But we will do our best and this is our responsibility,” he continued.
The Rear Admiral TNI said that the distribution will be send through land and air.
“We are not doing this alone because our colleagues from TNI and Polri will also do the same. We send the provisions based on their assessment in the field,” he said.
Previously, there are a little incident involving three villagers who intercepted provisions at Babandungan Village. Currently, the three has been secured by the police and apologized for their actions.
