Directorate of Water and Air Police of Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Giuseppe Reinhard Gultom explained that according to Police Report Number: LP/A/ 330 /IX/2021/SPKT I/DITPOLAIRUD/POLDA BANTEN, on September 2, 2021, a crime of smuggling lobster seeds had occurred by securing a suspect with the initials BN (49), a resident of East Bayah Village, Bayah District, Lebak Regency.
"The suspect was arrested along with evidence of 50 plastic bags containing around 9,382 lobster seeds of pearl and sand types," said Police Grand Commissioner Giuseppe Reinhard Gultom.
The Middle Officer of the Banten Regional Police explained that the suspect BN (49) took or bought the lobster seeds from fishers in Binuangeun, Lebak Regency. Furthermore, after receiving thousands of lobster seeds, they are packaged using clear plastic bags, which contain approximately 200 lobster seeds per plastic bag.
To trick the officers, he said, a clear plastic bag containing lobster seeds was wrapped in a sack, then transported by motorbike and sent to collectors in the Pelabuhan Ratu area, Sukabumi Regency, West Java.
"According to the suspect's statement, thousands of lobster seeds or Benur to BT's brother, whose address is Tanjung Panto Coast, Muara Binuangeun Village, Wanasalam District, Lebak Regency, which will be sent to BO's brother, whose address is Cisolok, Pelabuhan Ratu Sukabumi," said Giuseppe.

"In this case, we are still developing and will carry out legal processes according to the articles that have been determined.
