Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Tangerang. The Banten Regional Police provided basic food assistance, vitamins, and face masks to people in the red zone areas who were exposed to the Covid-19 virus and were self-isolating at home.
The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Edy Sumardi, accompanied by the Head of the Tangerang Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Wahyu Sri Bintoro, immediately visited the houses that were declared red zones with addresses at Kutabaru District. Kemis Market, Tangerang.
"Yes, so today I was accompanied by the Tangerang Regional Police Chief who went directly to houses in the red zone area and provided assistance in the form of basic necessities, vitamins, and masks," explained the Head of Public Relations, Thursday (07/15/2021).
The Head of Public Relations said that this is a form of caring for others which is also an effort to encourage people who are exposed to Covid-19.
"We are also concerned about the condition of the community, especially in Kutabaru Village, Pasar Kemis District," said the Head of Public Relations.
Meanwhile, Pol. Grand Commissioner Wahyu Sri Bintoro gave encouragement and motivation to people from outside their homes to remain disciplined in Health Protocol by implementing 5M.
"Ladies and gentlemen, keep your spirits up, and be disciplined with the advice of the doctor to get well soon, apply a healthy lifestyle, and drink lots of vitamins," the Tangerang Police Chief appealed.
Meanwhile, Pak Toto, a resident of Pasar Kemis Subdistrict, expressed his gratitude for his concern and the provision of basic necessities, masks, and vitamins to the residents.
"Thank you, police officers who have visited me and the local residents, thank you for the food and vitamins, we ask for your prayers so that you get well soon and can carry out activities as usual," added Mr. Toto.
