Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Serang. Banten Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto together with the Deputy Chief of the Banten Regional Police and the Banten Regional Police, High Rank Executives visited the UIN Banten Campus, Monday (08/09/21).
The visit was to prepare for the implementation of the vaccination campaign which will be carried out on Thursday, August 12, 2021.
The Banten Regional Police Chief, Pol. General Inspector Rudy Heriyanto said this activity was in order to review the preparation of simultaneous vaccinations in Banten Province
"The National Police Chief will be present to see firsthand the implementation of vaccinations organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) alliance with a target of 3,000 vaccines at the Banten UIN Campus," explained the Two Star General.
"But later on Friday, August 13, 2021, there will be a mass vaccination by the Presidential Special Staff with a target of 2,000 vaccines," continued the Banten Regional Police Chief.
The former National Police's Chief of Law and Division explained that this vaccination program is an acceleration program for vaccination attacks to the community every day, as well as a form of National Police concern for the community.
“Banten Regional Police continue to be consistent in the success of the vaccination program. The vaccination that we will hold later is a form of the presence of the State in providing protection to the public in general. Where the goal is to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19 and provide safety and health protection, so that they can work and carry out normal activities," concluded Pol.
