South Sumatra Regional Police Organized Cleft Lip Surgery at Bhayangkara M.Hasan Palembang

Tribratanews.polri.go.id- Pelembang. In order to welcome the 75th Bhayangkara Day on July 1, the Division of Medicine and Health (Bid Dokkes) of the South Sumatra Regional Police organized cleft lip and palate surgery at Bhayangkara M.Hasan Hospital, Palembang on Tuesday (6/8). In its implementation, there are number of criteria or requirements that must be met by prospective surgical patients, including: 1. Cleft lip patients must be at least 3 months old,
2. Minimum body weight 5 Kg and
3. Health as general (lab examination, Covid examination). As for prospective patients with cleft palate surgery, below are the requirements: 1. Patient is 1 year old,
2. Minimum body weight 10 kg and
3. Declared healthy in general after laboratory and Covid-19 examinations have been carried out. Head of Public Affairs of the South Sumatra Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Supriadi said the surgery was the concern of Indonesian National Police as well as Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police Chief’s to the community. Also, it is the evidence that the Indonesia National Police will alway be there for the community, besides conducting the police’s main duties and functions. The Head of Public Affairs of the South Sumatra Regional Police hopes with this 2021 Health Service activity, the community can respond enthusiastically. Previously,it was planned that 33 people would participate in this activity. “Let’s remain disciplined in implementing health protocols by implementing 5M, washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and reducing mobility,” the Head of Public Affairs of the South Sumatra Regional Police concluded.
