Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, explained that after solving the case of Brigadier J's shooting and ethical violations, the National Police will focus on completing three priority tasks by the end of the year.
"After (the case of Brigadier J) is completed, we will focus our attention to three things before the end of this year," stated the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Police, Saturday (9/24/2022).
He revealed that the first three tasks were securing and escorting the entire series of activities of the G20 Summit in Bali in November. To ensure the preparation of G20 security, the National Police Chief directly led a video conference with three police chiefs involved in security duties, such as the Bali Police, East Java Police, and West Nusa Tenggara Police, followed by their main officials involved.
He also explained that the second things that they will focus on for this year is to secure the 2024 election stages through Operation Mantab Brata, which had already begun in October, and will be continued to November and December.
Then the last task that will be their focus it to secure Christmas and New Year 2023.
"This is the focus of the Police which aims to smoothen and succeed all national and international events in Indonesia," explained the Two-Star General.
