Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Ketapang. District Police Ketapang and the joint team tightened the security for the success of Musabaqoh Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) XXX Provincial at the West Kalimantan Province, which will be held at Ketapang Regency.
"We must ensure security and order in the community, especially regarding the potential disturbances in MTQ," said Ketapang Police Chief, AKBP Yani Permana, in Ketapang, Saturday (5/11/22).
The Head of the Resort Police said, to ensure the security of the West Kalimantan MTQ XXX, the joint team has carried out large-scale patrols in an effort to prevent any potential disturbances such as traffic jams, illegal racing, to motorcycle theft in the race venue area, reported by Antaranews.
According to him, the patrols that have been carried out are focused around the area event and other potential points.
It is known that the West Kalimantan MTQ XXX security joint team in Ketapang Regency, consists of 430 personnel from the Ketapang Police, Military District Command 1203 Ketapang, Ketapang Sub-Defense Mobile Brigade Forces, Satpol PP, and the Ketapang Regency Transportation Service.
The Ketapang Police continue to cooperate with all stakeholders in providing a sense of security and comfort in Ketapang Regency, especially as the host for the West Kalimantan MTQ XXX.
The Police Chief also invites and appeals to all parties to all levels of society to maintain security and order, so that all series of MTQ activities can run safely and smoothly.
