South Sulawesi Police Found No Clues of Extortion in Luwu Police

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Luwu.  Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Police, Commissioner Komang Suartana, said that he did not find any indication of illegal levies at the Luwu Police, like what Aipda HR said in his graffiti on the wall of the Luwu Police HQ.

The Head of Public Relations said that since the graffiti on the wall of the Luwu Police Headquarters, that indicates that those place are the lair of extortion and corruption, have gone viral on social media, the South Sulawesi Police Division of Profession and Security immediately conducted an investigation.

"Based on the results of the investigation and examination, there have been no clues of any extortion or corruption. Meanwhile, Aipda HR members who did the vandalism, is still being treated by the doctors at Dadi Makassar Hospital," said the Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Police as quoted by Antara.

The Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Police explained that Aipda HR's upload on social media regarding the alleged extortion on making a driving license by members of the Luwu Police Satlantas is unproven. From the results of the examination, all costs for making a driving license at the Luwu Police Traffic Unit are in accordance with the price of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP).

"What was he said in the post was proven wrong. Everything procedure went according to the rules," he explained.

The South Sulawesi Police Chief, Inspector General Nana Sudjana, previously has also visited Aipda HR at the Dadi Makassar Regional Special Hospital (RSKD), because of his vandalism at the Luwu Police Headquarters. His vandalism caused a stir in social media.

The South Sulawesi Police Chief admitted that he had received a report from the Luwu Police Chief that Aipda HR has a mental health issue for the past year.

"Based on his track record, shows that he had often screamed without reason, such as during rally or when in the mosque. Sometimes he likes to shout like he is having a mental health issues," explained the Two-Star General.
