Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Police have developed a plan and strategy for Christmas and New Year Eve with the codename of Lilin Operation 2022. This was conveyed by the Head of National Police Traffic Corps, Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi when leading the tactical floor game (TFG) at Madellu Hall NTMC National Police Traffic Corps, Thursday (12/15).
“This was aimed to monitor the progress of personnel and infrastructure preparation, while also level our perception between regional polices by emphasizing synergy and collaboration until lilin operation goes optimally and successfully,” says Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi.
He continued by saying the TFG is also to found out the traffic management and prepare all involved parties in securing this year’s Christmas and New Year Eve.
“The Traffic Corps and its ranks are expected to be able to manage the traffic to handle its disturbances through K3I, NTMC, RTMC, and TMC by monitoring the locations as well as routes between modes of public transportation, toll roads, shortcuts and tourist routes, emergency situations as in traffic jams and accidents," he explained.
