West Nusa Tenggara Police Held a Rally to Improve the Preparation in Handling Natural Disaster

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Mataram.  The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Police held a rally of Disaster Management Force, Friday (21/10/22). The rally was held to improve the preparations in handling natural disasters in the midst of high rainfall, such as by taking effective and efficient disaster management measures.

NTB Police Chief Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto said this activity aims to establish a united commitment, a strong cooperation, and become joint preparations to take countermeasures. For that, he hoped, that this could be seen as their devotion to the community and blessed by the God.

"Hopefully, in what we are doing will be a blessing for all of us who carry out this task," explained Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto, quoted from detik.com, Friday (21/10/22).

In addition, the Police Chief also hopes that this rally will build a strong cooperation and synergy between all elements of the community with intense communication. "Without communication, our preparations will be useless," he said.

The Regional Police Chief explained that this rally was also a preparation for several big agendas, such as the World Superbike (WSBK) and G20 activities in Bali. "The two activities are closely related to the rally we are holding now," concluded the Two-Star General.
