Because of the rape, the victim is pregnant. Head of the Tasikmalaya Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Kasatreskrim), AKP. Agung Tri Poerbowo confirmed that he had arrested four perpetrators. The four perpetrators who were arrested were DA (46), a father and his son, FA (18). In addition, the police also arrested YO (18) and RE (18), who are friends of FA.
The rape took place in September 2021 at the house of DA and FA in Cisayong, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java. Before being raped, the victim was forced to drink a liquor.
"We have arrested four perpetrators who are suspected of having sexual intercourse with a girl in the Cisayong area. Two of the perpetrators are a father and son and the rape happened at their homes. Two friends of the son also raped the victim after she was forced to drink a liquor to get drunk," explained Kasatreskrim, Friday (15/4/2022).
According to the victim's confession, the four perpetrators raped the victim in turns, while she was drunk. "The incident took place in September 2021. The victim is currently pregnant," AKP Agung Tri Poerbowo added.
Currently Satreskrim Polresta Tasikmalaya is investigating the case. The perpetrators are being questioned and are being detained by the Tasikmalaya Police.
