Emergency PPKM Policy, Seven Task Forces Deployed in Aman Nusa II Operation

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Supporting the Emergency PPKM policy, Indonesia National Police held advanced Operation Aman Nusa II. This is because the Government has decided to implement Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) for Java and Bali regions.

This was mentioned directly by the Head of Public Affairs Division of Indonesia National Police, Police Inspector General Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono, while reading the message from Chief of Indonesia National Police at the Rutapama Building, Indonesia National Police Headquarters, Jakarta Friday (07/02/21).

In Aman Nusa II Operation, Police deployed 7 Task Forces to support the operation. Among them are the Detection Task Force, Community Building (Binmas) Task Force, Health Protocol Compliance and Vaccination Security Task Force. Then, Health Service Unit (Bayankes) Task Force, Vaccine Escort Security Task Force, Law Enforcement Task Force and the Public Affairs Task Force (Humas), each led by a High Rank Police Officer.

In his statement, Head of Public Affairs Division of Indonesia National Police said in supporting the government's policy regarding Emergency PPKM, Indonesia National Police personnels would later implement insulationsin district/city lines for random antigen swabs.

"In addition to micro PPKM at RT (neighborhood)/RW (hamlet) level, there are also district and city routes that we implement insulation. We also implement random antigen swabs," Head of Public Affairs Division of Indonesia National Police said.

Insulation for random antigen swabs will also be carried out at entrances and exits between cities and provinces, toll booths, rest areas, stations, airports, ports. "Of course we are doing this together with Indonesia National Armed Forces and Regional Government. We will later support every activity that has been carried out at Inmendagri (Instruction of Home Affairs Minister) Number 15 Year 2021. Gvernment will support what is prohibited, what is allowed in the instructions," Head of Public Affairs Division of Indonesia National Police concluded.
