The report hass registered with the number STTL/105/IV/2022/Bareskrim. The reporter in this case is Franziska Martha Ratu, who is a lawyer and she also represents 114 victims.
"LQ Indonesia Law Firm on April 14, 2022 came to Bareskrim Polri to report the case of the Millionaire Prime trading robot," Franziska told the reporters at Bareskrim Polri on Thursday (14/4/22) night.
Franziska said that the losses suffered by the victims reached Rp 30.6 billion.
"It is suspected that they have committed fraud and embezzlement of funds from investors from approximately 114 people. Their total loss was around Rp. 30.6 billion," said Franziska.
In the report, Franziska also submitted evidence, such as hundreds of victims' identities and proof of transfers related to the investment.
"As for the evidence that we have given to investigators, there are a total of 114 ID cards from all the victims, then there is also proof of transfer for the deposit for the purchase of the robot, and there is evidence of WD before the scam occurred and also two gifts from the Director General of AHU for PT. Foxtride Cakrawala Dunia and PT. Master Millionaire Prime," explained Franziska.
On the other hand, she hopes that Bareskrim Polri can resolve this case. The reason is, this case has caused a lot of harm to the victim.
"We represent 114 victims. We hope that Bareskrim Polri will help us and cooperate to resolve this case, because this is very sad and very detrimental to a lot of people," added Franziska.
