Realizing a Girl’s Wish, Riau Police Conducted Surgery on Mita

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - To realize Mita's wish to return to study at school, the Riau Police Department of Medicine and Health performed surgery on the teenage girl's leg. Mita is a victim of a traffic accident. This girl was hit by a speeding car and suffered a broken leg and right hand. Sadlu, Mita Mita did not get proper initial treatment, resulting in paralysis.

Head of Public Relations of the Riau Police, Commissioner Sunarto with Acting Head of Bhayangkara Hospital, AKBP dr. Wayan Agus visited Mita at Bhayangkara Hospital.

Currently, Mita has received bone surgery to repair her broken bones at Bhayangkara Hospital. The operation on Mita's leg was led directly by AKBP dr. Wayan Agus. They hopes that Mita would recover quickly after the surgery and able to return to school.

"Keep study hard and you will have a great future. And also, remember what the doctors and nurses told you. You have to learn to walk," said Commissioner Sunarto quoted from riau.harianhaluan.com.

Commissioner Sunarto provided Mita with crutches for Mita to practice walking after the operation.

"Hopefully this will be very useful to help accelerate Mita's recovery. This crutches is a gift from those who care about her recovery," he concluded
