Bali Police Chief Inspects the Venue of the G20 Summit

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Denpasar.  The Bali Police Chief, Inspector General I Putu Jayan Danu Putra monitors the construction of G20 venue at the Tahura Ngurah Rai Mangrove Forest Conservation Area, Thursday (21/07/ 22).

In his inspection, the Bali Police Chief was accompanied by the high officials of Bali Police and Denpasar Police Chief.

Inspector General I Putu Jayan Dani Putra explained that several places have been prepared by the Bali Government, including Tahura Ngurah Rai Mangrove Forest, Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Hotel Apurva Kempinski, and ITDC Nusa for the G20 Summit.

The Two-Star General stated that his inspection was to review the progress of the construction of the venue which will be used for the G20 Summit that will be held in November 2022.

“I’ve been checking places that has been chosen by the Government for the G20 Summit, one of which is the Tahura Ngurah Rai Mangrove Forest,” Inspector General I Putu told the reporters.

In his inspection, Bali Police Chief also asked the developers who handled the project to manage the project well, started from the entrance to the widening of the road. He stated that this message has to be conveyed so that there won’t be any problems on the day of the event.

The Bali Police will also install several CCTVs in strategic areas that are integrated with the Bali Police Command Center and the 91 Nusa Dua ITDC Command Center. This CCTV installation is to monitor the situation during the G20 Summit.
