The Banggai Police and their staff are intensively conducting operations on community issues, especially liquor issues. This time, the Pegimana Police succeeded in securing 14 burlap sacks containing traditional liquor with, Wednesday (11/16).
"The total amount of alcohol we confiscated was 630 packs with around 280 liters of liquors ready for distribution," said Deputy Chief of the Pagimana Police, Iptu Steven Ferh, quoted from sangalu.com, Thursday (11/17).
The Head of the Pagimana Police, Iptu Makmur, explained that this success started with reports from the public regarding a rental car transporting rat stamped alcohol from Bunta District to Luwuk City, Banggai Regency.
"After receiving this information, we immediately moved towards the intersection of the Trans Sulawesi highway near Umroh Restaurant," said Iptu Makmur.
According to the Pagimana Police Chief, the eradication of alcohol circulation will continue to be intensified in order to prevent criminal acts caused by the influence of alcohol.
