The Alley Murderer Who Stabbed a Kid Have Been Arrested

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Bandung.   The West Java Regional Police managed to arrest the one who stabbed a 12-year-old girl to death in an alley in Cimahi City, West Java, Sunday (10/23/22) afternoon. The perpetrator was arrested in the Cicendo, Bandung City, West Java. Now, the perpetrator has been secured to the Cimahi Police.

"As a result of his actions, the perpetrator has violated Article 340 Jo 339 Jo 338 Jo 365 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph 3 of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the 2nd amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection," explained Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo.

Previously, on Sunday afternoon, the police had announced the identity of the perpetrator at the Cimahi Police Station. The murder had the initials of RNG(22), is from Andir, Bandung City. The perpetrator is suspected of stabbing a 12-year-old girl with the initials of PS in an alley of Mukodar street, Cimahi City, West Java on Wednesday (19/10/22) at around 18:45 WIB.

"Allegedly Based on sufficient preliminary evidence, the suspect is suspected of having committed a criminal act of premeditated murder or murder accompanied by an offense of theft with violence resulting in death and committing violence against children to death using sharp weapons," said Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo.
