Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Klaten. The Central Java Police have secured 38 tanker trucks and 37 tons of fuel oil worth Rp11 billion from various areas in Central Java.
This was confirmed by the Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi in a press conference, accompanied by the Klaten Police Chief, AKBP Eko Prasetyo in Klaten, Friday, (09/09).
“To anticipate the misuse of subsidized fuel, the Central Java Police have secured 38 tanker trucks and 37 tons of fuel worth Rp 11 billion," said the Two-Star General.
The fuel was secured from various areas in Central Java, including Klaten. Currently, the case has been processed according to the applicable legal provisions.
"The suspects are those who take advantage in this difficult times, to seek profit amidst our difficulties," said the Central Java Police Chief.
To prevent this kind of violations to be repeated, Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi has ordered all the resort police chiefs to tighten their monitor and security, especially at the gas stations.
