East Java Regional Police Efforts to Anticipate the spreading of Covid-19 After Eid

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Mojokerto. Chief of East Java Regional Police (Kapolda Jatim), Police Inspector General Nico Afinta Karo-Karo, and the High-rank Executives of the East Java Regional Police monitors Pacet area, Mojokerto, Friday (14 May 2021).

During his visit, the Kapolda Jatim visited security checkpoints, tourist attractions, markets and religious areas. The focus of this review is related to the implementation of health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

According to Kapolda Jatim, public awareness is an essential or significant part. Together with officers and managers of tourist attractions, take care and remind each other.

“Public awareness is needed in dealing with this Covid. So during these long weekends, health protocols are still prioritized. There are three things. The first is the officer. The second is managing tourist attractions and religious tourism and markets, then the third is the community itself, “explained the Kapolda Jatim.

During the review, Kapolda Jatim revealed that the synergy and cooperation between agencies could be felt at a security moment like this. “I see what all officers have done, where there is synergy, the Indonesian Armed Forces, Indonesian National Police, supported by Municipality Police and other stakeholders and elements of society,” said the Chief of East Java Regional Police.
