Indonesian Ulema Council Receives Operational Vehicle Assistance from the West Java Regional Police

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Bandung. Chairman of the West Java Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Rahmat Syafe'i appreciated the West Java Regional Police for assisting with an operational car unit.

The West Java Regional Police assisted with the operational car to the West Java Indonesian Ulema Council through the Directorate of Community Police of the West Java Regional Police.

Chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council from West Java, Rahmat Syafe'i, said that operational vehicle assistance was a new history because during the West Java, Indonesian Ulema Council only had operational vehicles provided by the West Java Province Ministry of Religion. Even then, the vehicle can no longer be used.

"Thank God, we got Kijang operational assistance from the West Java Police Chief. This is very appropriate. Incidentally, we do not have an operational vehicle. History for West Java MUI received assistance (operational cars). Even though it used to be 2000 from the Ministry of Religion, but it is no longer feasible, it is no longer used," said the West Java Indonesian Ulema Council chairman when receiving a Kijang Inova unit from the West Java Regional Police's Community Police Directorate, at the West Java Indonesian Ulema Council office, Thursday (11/25/21).

With the operational vehicle, the Chair of the West Java Indonesian Ulema Council, Rahmat Syafe'i, hopes that the Indonesian Ulema Council can further improve its activities, especially in community development.

"We thank the West Java Regional Police Chief. This is a big benefit for us," he said.

Meanwhile, West Java Regional Police's Directorate of Community Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Idil Tabriansyah said that the police and Indonesian Ulema Council are partners and have a close relationship, primarily supporting the police's work.

"It is related to police operational duties, related to the Indonesian Ulema Council fatwa and also community development," explained the Directorate of Community Police.

He also added that the assistance for operational cars is a CSR program. He also hopes that the Indonesian Ulema Council can use the operational vehicle to improve performance, especially guiding the community and the police.
