The National Police has made a Police Regulation related to securing sports competitions in Indonesia so that there no more tragedy like those of Kanjuruhan. This was announced during the Indonesian Football Transformation Task Force meeting which was held at the Indonesian Football Association Office, Jakarta, Monday (10/31).
"Currently, synchronization and harmonization have been completed at Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The Regulation has been completed and regulates the security and safety regulations for sports competitions," explained Policy Analysis for Police SOP Operations, Commissioner Tri Atmodjo Marawasianto, as reported by the Indonesian Football Association media team.
Meanwhile, the chairman of Indonesian Football Association, Mochamad Iriawan, added that there were good developments from day to day regarding the work of the Task Force. Because every parties have made good progress in their investigation and soon will convey these results to President Joko Widodo.
"Of course FIFA and AFC are very supportive. We hopes that we can finish this case according to the time line that has been made," concluded the PSSI Chairman.
